I was very lucky to be invited to Lisbon by my senior thesis advisor who is a professor there. I had the opportunity to speak to his masters students about my experiences with development work in Uganda. He was kind enough to show me around the city and introduce me to fabulous Portuguese pastries. It was a beautiful time to be there, all the streets lined with Christmas lights. These are just a few of the sights along the sidewalks that I captured in the course of the week.
Hooray for another post! I want to know what all those dishes are at the market. I hope the students there appreciated the breadth of your experience.
